Sale of Lands for Arrears of Taxes
The Rural Municipality of Franklin
Pursuant to subsection 367(7) of the Municipal Act, notice is hereby given that unless the tax arrears
for the designate year and cost in respect of the herinafter described properties are paid in full to the municipality or
the property owner has entered into an agreement with the muncipality to pay the tax arrears and costs prior to the commencement
of the auction, the municipality will on the 19th day of November, 2009 at the office of the Rural Municipality of Franklin
at 115 Waddel Avenue E in Dominion City, MB, at the hour of 1:30p.m., proceed to sell by public auction the following described
properties:

** The successful
bidder of any of the above described properties shall pay the bid amount immediately following the completion of the auction.
Properties can not be registered until 30 days following the date of the sale to ensure payments have processed.
**Payment by cash or cheque only.
**The
purchaser shall ensure that the required transfer documents are registered at the Winnipeg Land Titles (at their own
expense) after 30 days following the date of the sale.
**Purchaser
is responsible for all charges added to the tax roll and utility subsequent to the tax sale auction.
**Any risk for the property lies with the purchaser during the interim period between the sale
and registration of title by the tax sale purchaser.
